Reebok Hockey 9K0 Hockey Stick
If you have been following the NHL you must have seen the very interesting New Reebok Hockey stick, used by Pavel Datsyuk, with holes in the shaft.
The Reebok 9KO stick, which hit store shelves on March 1, 2007, here is a perfect picture of this great stick.

This new image clearly reveals the holes in the shaft of the stick, which is supposed to make the RBK 9KO 20% more aerodynamic than other sticks.
What do you think of the stick? How durable do you think it will be? Will the holes in the shaft really make it that much better or is it just a marketing ploy by Reebok?
The National Hockey League and the Hockey World got its taste for a new composite stick designed by Reebok last year. Pavel Datsyuk of the Detroit Red Wings used the new Reebok 9KO for the first time.
The one piece composite stick features holes in the shaft of the stick that make it 20% more aerodynamic than current solid shaft models.
The hockey equipment representative from Reebok was very tight-lipped about the new stick and would not divulge any more information. This is a great marketing tactic by Reebok, keeping the hype at a high level surrounding the new 9KO stick.
The RBK 9K O Stick is built with a unique O Technology. O technology generates more power than any other one-piece on the market! The Power Ports (the holes) increase stick speed and kick while dramatically stabilizing the shaft. This combination of technological advances allows for maximum energy transfer to the puck. The result is a harder, more precise shot. Every time.
